Neža Okorn (2002) is a jazz singer currently studying at the Music and Arts University of the City of Vienna (Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien – MUK), where she enrolled after the Conservatory of Music and Ballet Ljubljana under the tutelage of Prof. Aleksandra Krečič. Neža has honed her skills at workshops such as Jazzinty and the Kreativna jazz klinika Velenje, with world-renowned artists Ben Wendel, Mike Moreno, Joe Sanders, Gregory Hutchinson, Jure Pukl, David Binney, Joel Ross, Femi Temowo and others. For Intima, a project dedicated to her original compositions written mostly in 2024, Neža Okorn has recruited Austrian musicians she met while studying in Vienna.
The concert is held in cooperation with Inštitut.abeceda.
