A film screening, a photography exhibition and this year&#8217;s festival production, <em>Pasquale Mirra: Jagged Rhythms<\/em>, will set the stage for four days of outstanding jazz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday, 29 June<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>At 8 pm<\/strong>, join us in the Kosovel Hall for a screening of <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ljubljanajazz.si\/en\/koncert\/elevator-to-the-gallows\/\">Elevator to the Gallows<\/a><\/strong> , <\/em>celebrating the centenary of Miles Davis&#8217; birth. One of jazz&#8217;s greatest innovators, Davis created one of cinema&#8217;s most iconic film scores for Louis Malle&#8217;s classic.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday, 30 June<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>At 7.30 pm<\/strong>, you&#8217;re warmly invited to the opening of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ljubljanajazz.si\/en\/koncert\/ssirus-w-pakzad-face-to-face-soul-to-soul\/\"><em>Face to Face, Soul to Soul<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, a photography exhibition by Ssirus W. Pakzad, followed by a conversation between the artist and curator \u017diga Koritnik.<\/p>\n<p><strong>At 8.30 pm<\/strong>, the \u0160tih Hall hosts the premiere of this year&#8217;s festival production, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ljubljanajazz.si\/en\/koncert\/ssirus-w-pakzad-face-to-face-soul-to-soul\/\"><em>Pasquale Mirra: Jagged Rhythms<\/em><\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a unique work created especially for the 67th Ljubljana Jazz Festival.
